The minimum opening deposit is 100 Qatari Riyals. This amount will be the initial balance in your account since all banking transactions are free of charge.

1. First you will need to visit the national exchange at the Souq Doha branch. Tell the Security personnel that you will open a BPI bank account and Look for Mr. Ariel from 05:30 pm to 07:00 pm on Fridays and Sundays. Or, you can visit the Doha Bank Museum branch (behind the National exchange) at the Souq branch Doha between Sunday, Monday, Tuesday from 10:00 am to 12:30 pm.

Otherwise, you can contact Mr. Ariel at 33236884 for more information and any changes to his schedule.

2. Bring the following documents to your appointment with the BPI representative: Personal appearance and QID card – this is where you will be asked to provide your personal information

•Passport Copy

•One ID picture

•100 Qatari riyal for the initial deposit

3. The BPI representative will help you to fill out the necessary forms and provide you with an instruction to deposit the initial amount in the National exchange to your BPI account.

in addition to that, the process will take up to 3 to 4 weeks after the approval of your account request, and once it’s approved, you will receive a text message confirming that your BPI atm card is ready for you to collect.
