The Ministry of Public Health (MoPH) said That fully vaccinated people are exempted from quarantine requirements following travel abroad and the following exposure to a COVID-19 positive case.
Dr. Abdullatif Al Khal, Chair of the National Health Strategic Group on COVID-19 and Head of Infectious Diseases at Hamad Medical Corporation, added that:
To qualify for quarantine exemption, 14 days must have passed after receiving the second dose and a negative PCR test is required on return to Qatar following travel or following exposure. The quarantine exemption is valid for a period of three months, starting 14 days after the second dose, and this may be extended in the future with the availability of more clinical evidence. The exemption does not currently apply to people vaccinated in other countries.

Primary Health Care Corporation (PHCC), under the supervision of the Ministry of Public Health (MOPH), the vaccination center on their first phase of vaccination will focus on School administration staff and teachers, in addition to members of the public who meet the eligibility criteria and other essential workers.
Summary
Qatar’s quarantine exemptions are only applicable to Qatar’s citizens and residents who are fully vaccinated. However, it does not apply to people vaccinated in other countries.
The Exemption requirements are valid only for three months, starting after the 14 days of receiving the second dose of vaccine.
If you are traveling to Qatar, a Negative PCR test result is required.
