How to use Ooredoo Mobile Money Step-by-Step guide

Want to send money to the Philippines?! I will walk you through How to use Ooredoo Mobile Money Step-by-Step guide? Ooredoo Mobile Money can do it for you!

Transferring remittances or sending money to the Philippines is fast and easy using the Ooredoo mobile money apps.

                                                                                                                                                OOREDOO MOBILE MONEY APP

Firstly, Download the (for android phone) ooredoo mobile money app and (for IOS) (not the ooredoo app which is used only for all mobile ooredoo concern)

Then, register. Make sure that you have your mobile number registered with your QID.

After successful registration, a text message will send you for your temporary mpin (you can replace it later once you started using it).

And it will prompt you to type your mpin.

There are lots of agents list in the apps, but I highly recommended using only the MoneyGram(look for Moneygram icon).

Go to international money transfer (i put circled in red):

                                                                                                                                                      International money transfer

Secondly, click the MoneyGram icon, again ( i circled it with red).

                                                                                                                                                                  Moneygram

Significantly, go to “Beneficiary details” fill it up with whom you want to receive your money; I don't have an idea how many beneficiaries you can add( leave comments below for those who knew).

Then, the beneficiary you filled in “beneficiary details will show up in here, once you click the ” send to,”

                                                                                                                                                                   Ooredoo money

Also, follow the step by step guide, fill the amount (Qatari riyal), not your receiving country currency because it takes me time thinking why it's not accepting my amount supplied. Suddenly, I realized that it's asking the local amount, which is Qatari riyal. You can make a simple conversion calculation then fill in how much you want to send.

Moreover, at the bottom of step 3, you will see an alias, don't get confused; let it what it should be.

VERDICT

Pros

*Ooredoo mobile money is excellent in transferring money to the Philippines, fast and easy.

*Low charge fee

*Easy to use apps

*Ooredoo staffs are very accommodating

*Complaints solved in just a day

Cons

Please don't use the GCASH wallet; it is not showing up in the Philippines MoneyGram agent's system, even though you provide your recipient all the VERIFICATION(ref. Number, amount, reference ID) details required.

It will just waste your time going back to Ooredoo shops complaining about what happened( they don't even know, it is a system issue, maybe in transferring to the GCASH apps). Please leave your comment below if it works on you.

Fortunately, after going to Ooredoo shops, they assist me and says that they request my complaint regarding my question. After a day, they refunded my money back to my Ooredoo wallet( Big thanks to Mall of Qatar Ooredoo staff.
