Following the discovery of a new COVID-19 form in Africa, the Ministry of Public Health (MoPH) has updated its “Travel and Return Policy Exceptional Red List Countries.”
The Ministry also announced that the adjustments would “take effect immediately” in a message on Twitter.
The number of countries on the Exceptional Red List has now increased to 15.
Bangladesh, Botswana, Egypt, Eswatini, India, Lesotho, Namibia, Nepal, Pakistan, Philippines, Sri Lanka, South Africa, South Sudan, Sudan, and Zimbabwe are involved.
